Professor Sharon Green is Director of Apprenticeships and Skills at the University of Lincoln with responsibility for the strategic development, operational oversight, and delivery of the University’s apprenticeship and skills portfolio. Sharon works collaboratively across the University, to lead the development, implementation and institutional oversight of the University’s Higher and Degree Apprenticeships provision, she is also Deputy Head at the National Centre for Food Manufacturing (Holbeach Campus). As a Professor of Vocational Education and Skills Development, Sharon directs strategic employer partnerships to meet the needs of the food and drink manufacturing sector through further and higher educational programmes. This encompasses all levels of apprenticeships (including Higher and Degree Apprenticeships), vocational industry relevant short courses and Adult Education Funded provision.
