Isa Mutlib is a distinguished leader in skills development and workforce diversity, founding Careers Camp, which trains top talent in data; and the AI in Work and Skills Forum.

A fervent advocate for diversity and inclusion, Isa previously helmed the BAME Apprenticeship Alliance, championing apprenticeship diversity and earning recognition as “apprenticeship champion of the year” in 2023.
With over seven years in the apprenticeship domain, Isa has collaborated with UK’s major brands, advocating workforce diversity.
Currently serving on panels like UCAS and Well Grounded CIC, Isa offers expert advice on education, skills and talent.
Driven by the belief in diverse talent, Isa’s contributions continue to foster an inclusive and prosperous workforce for the future.


The awards were established in 2017 as a joint project by FE Week and AELP.
